Who we are

Roundproxies provides residential proxy services including IP addresses, bandwidth, and related tools accessible through our website and dashboard.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering. Keep your login credentials private—don't share them or let others use your account. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, provide false information, or use our services for illegal purposes.

What you're paying for

Our residential proxies are sold on a pay-as-you-go basis. You purchase bandwidth and use it whenever you want—no expiration by time, only by usage.

Prices are listed on our website and can change without notice. Always check current pricing before purchasing.

Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Due to the nature of proxy bandwidth—once it's used, it's gone—we cannot reverse or refund purchases.

One exception: If our service is completely non-functional within the first 24 hours of purchase due to an issue on our end, and you contact us within that 24-hour window, you may be eligible for a refund. If you don't report issues within 24 hours, we consider the service accepted.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Use our proxies for fraud, hacking, spamming, or any illegal activity

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe on others' rights or intellectual property

  • Attempt to disrupt or damage our systems or other users' access

  • Resell or redistribute our services without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions. We're not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranties about reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms. Check this page periodically.
