When you purchase proxies from RoundProxies and complete your first payment, you agree to be responsible for all charges according to your service plan. Because of this, we generally do not offer refunds.

You cannot connect to our proxies
Our support team is unable to resolve your issue within 24 hours
We are unable to deliver the service to you
These are the only circumstances where refunds will be considered. No other exceptions apply.
